How Do I Edit My Profile?

Go to PROFILE – EDIT and follow the links available.

How Do I Reset / Change My Password?

At the bottom of the login dialog box there is a link FORGOT YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD?
This will email you a new password link.
If you just want to change your password to something you prefer go to:
PROFILE – SETTINGS – GENERAL and enter the new password.

Are My Payment Details Secure?

Connectwo uses Paypal to process your payment so it is secure. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

Will My Card Be Automatically Recharged?

If you have subscribed to a monthly or annual package your card will automatically be recharged. You will receive an email reminder in advance of this.

What information is visible to other users?

By default other members can see everything except your postcode. You can make this public but we don’t recommend this.
You can change the visibility of any part of your profile via Profile – Edit. Under each question it shows the current visibility & provides an option to change it.[
